Webs by Platinium is a SaaS platform that enables small and medium businesses to create, publish and manage websites using artificial intelligence. The service includes:

• Automatic generation of personalised websites using AI
• Publishing under a subdomain on websbyplatinium.net
• Web editor with artificial intelligence assistant
• Online booking and appointment management
• Optional integration with conversational AI agent (Plus and Pro plans)
• Business management dashboard

3. Plans and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include applicable VAT/taxes where required. Platinium Labs LLC reserves the right to modify prices with 30 days notice.

4. Registration and account

• To access the service you must register with a valid email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access and all activities carried out from your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Only one active account per email address is permitted.
• You must be over 18 or acting on behalf of a legally constituted company.

5. Payments and billing

• Payments are securely processed through Stripe, Inc. Platinium Labs LLC does not store bank card data.
• The subscription renews automatically each month on the subscription date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not issue refunds for partial periods, except where legally required or due to an error attributable to Platinium Labs LLC.
• In case of non-payment, access to the service may be suspended until the situation is resolved.

6. Acceptable use

By using the service, you agree not to:

• Publish illegal, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent content or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to access unauthorised areas of the system or other users' accounts.
• Use the service to send spam, malware or any harmful content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the software.
• Use the service in a way that could damage, overload or impair its operation.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without express authorisation.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of your account.

7. Intellectual property

7.1 Platinium Labs LLC content

The platform, including its code, design, brand and technology, is the exclusive property of Platinium Labs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No licence is granted over these elements except the limited right to use the service under these terms.

7.2 User content

You retain all rights to the content you enter on the platform. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7.3 Generated websites

The websites generated by our AI from your information belong to you. However, Platinium Labs LLC reserves the right to use anonymised examples to improve the service.

8. Affiliate programme

• The standard commission is 30% of the net price of the plan subscribed by the referred user.
• Commissions are paid on the 1st of each month, with a minimum of $50 accumulated.
• Platinium Labs LLC reserves the right to suspend or modify the programme with 30 days notice.
• Self-referral, fraud or any manipulation of the tracking system is prohibited.
• Fraudulently generated commissions will be cancelled and may lead to account closure.

9. Availability and service level

We strive to keep the service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We will not be liable for interruptions caused by third parties or force majeure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Platinium Labs LLC will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
• Loss of data, revenue or profits.
• AI-generated content, which may contain inaccuracies and must be reviewed by the user before publishing.
• Actions of third-party providers (Stripe, Supabase, etc.).

11. Cancellation and termination

• By you: you can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. The service will remain active until the end of the paid period.
• By us: we may suspend or cancel your account with prior notice in case of breach, non-payment or fraudulent use. In serious cases, cancellation may be immediate.
• After cancellation, your published website will remain active for 30 additional days so you can make a copy, after which it will be deleted.:

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. For users resident in the European Union, the mandatory rules of your country of residence will prevail where more favourable to you as a consumer.

Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Wyoming, without prejudice to the rights you may exercise as a European consumer before the courts of your country or through the EU online dispute resolution platform. ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

13. Modifications

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.
